Product description
PF200 is a high-tenacity PPTA para-aramid continuous filament yarn for optical fiber cable and rubber reinforcement. Its rigid molecular structure provides high tensile strength, dimensional stability and thermal resistance for cable strength members, tire cord, hose and belt applications.
Typical designs
Tire cord, rubber hoses and belts; cable strength members and reinforcement structures where a higher breaking force per denier is required.
General properties
Limiting oxygen index (LOI) 29% · decomposition temperature above 530 °C · hot-air shrinkage ≤ 0.2% (190 °C × 15 min) · density 1.44 g/cm³. The yarn does not melt.

One integrated pallet configuration is used for the 1000D and 1500D supply forms. Final loading is confirmed against the order-specific packing configuration and packing list.
